Real estate development & investment

Patient capital. Engineered real estate.

Invespar Capital is a family real estate development and holding company, now led by its next generation. We acquire, entitle, build, and hold assets — with the precision and long-term mindset our founder brought from a career in engineering.

Who we are

Built on engineering discipline, run for the long term.

We think about real estate the way an engineer thinks about materials: understand the fundamentals, respect the details, and build things that last.

As a family-led development and holding company, we aren’t built around quick exits. We take on projects we understand, move them carefully through entitlements, permitting and construction, and hold assets with patience.

Our story

Navigating entitlements and city permitting to unlock a site’s potential.

Our legacy

An engineer’s discipline, applied to real estate.

Invespar traces its origins to Harold R. Nagan, an engineer at Lockheed Missiles & Space Division before establishing Invespar as a private real estate development and holding company. His grandson, Tyler Wagner, now leads Invespar Capital into its next generation.
