Founder

Harold joined Lockheed Missiles & Space Division as an engineer, where he worked on strategic missile systems associated with the Polaris and Poseidon programs, before founding Invespar as a private real estate development and holding company.

Tyler Wagner leads Invespar Capital’s acquisition, entitlement, and development efforts, carrying forward the legacy established by his grandfather, Harold Nagan. His experience spans hundreds of residential units and commercial projects throughout California. Tyler specializes in identifying opportunities, acquiring properties, navigating complex entitlements, and leading projects through development and execution.

Cal serves as VP of Construction and is also President of Bloom Home Construction. He holds Class A and Class B California contractor licenses and brings over a decade of construction and development experience throughout California, along with extensive experience in finance and lending. Cal takes residential and commercial projects from approved plans to finished assets, overseeing budgets, timelines, and field operations.
