The Invespar Legacy
Invespar traces its origins to Harold R. Nagan, an engineer, investor, and entrepreneur whose career spanned some of the defining technological and economic developments of the twentieth century.
After studying at Alfred University and the Wharton School of Finance, Harold joined Lockheed Missiles & Space Division during the Cold War, where he worked on strategic missile systems associated with the Polaris and Poseidon submarine-launched missile programs.
Following his retirement from Lockheed, Harold established Invespar as a private real estate development and holding company. Over the years, the family built and held interests across California and Arizona, with investments spanning office, multifamily, and senior living.
Harold's legacy continued through his daughter and into the next generation, with the family growing to include five grandchildren.
Today, that legacy is being carried forward by his grandson, Tyler Wagner, who continues to build upon the foundation Harold established—combining long-term ownership, real estate development, disciplined investment, and a commitment to creating enduring family assets.
